Refund & Course Access Policy
Last Updated: March 7, 2026
Digital Product Policy
All courses sold through Level Up with Toronto Unicorn are digital educational products.
Because access to course materials is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Once course access has been provided, refunds cannot typically be issued.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your course, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This may include:
- restoring access
- troubleshooting login issues
- assisting with course navigation
Duplicate Purchases
If a customer accidentally purchases the same course more than once, we will gladly correct the issue and refund the duplicate transaction.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to a course may result in:
- immediate revocation of course access
- suspension of the user account
- denial of future purchases
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with payment processors using purchase and access records.
Course Access
Course access is provided for personal use only.
Customers may not:
- share login credentials
- redistribute course materials
- upload course content to other platforms
- resell course materials
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content may result in termination of course access without refund.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, downloads, and related content are protected by copyright.
These materials are owned by TorontoUnicorn and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Policy Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
